Shirley O'Donoghue

Principal, Teacher and Practitioner
Shirley started Lucis College in 1990 and has lectured and run workshops on Crystal Therapy, Reiki, Colour Therapy, Reiki and other related topics for The Federation of Holistic Therapists in the UK, Cidesco (Cyprus) Professional Beauty (India).
An experienced teacher and lecturer in a wide range of Holistic Therapies, she is Principal of Lucis College as well as lecturing and running workshops for The Federation of Holistic Therapies and Cidesco. She has had 4 books published. Two with Capall Bann entitled 'Working With Natural Energy' and 'Working With Crystals', another published by Duncan Baird in the 'Live Better' series on Crystal Therapy. Her latest book Crystal Alchemy is published by Lotus Publishing and a Beginners Guide to Crystal Healing will be released in 2022. . She has also worked with large organizations – both public and private on a consultancy basis providing stress management and product training.
Shirley is founder member of Holistic Harmony CIC and sits on the Advisory Panel for Social Investment Business Group
Angela Spencer
Teacher
Having set up and operated children’s nurseries for 25 years Angela incorporated a wide range of complementary therapies and protocols within the nursery to benefit babies, parents and also staff. She has also developed her own sensory and energy based pregnancy, baby and child wellbeing and development programme called Babyopathy.
A qualified aromatherapist she teaches meditation, Reiki, Crystal Therapy for Lucis College in Hertfordshire area.
Pia Gronroos
Teacher and Practitioner
I studied Acupuncture and Chinese philosophy in The International College of Oriental Medicine in East Grinstead and I have been in full-time private practice since 2003 when I finished my 4 year training. In 2005 I spent 6 months in Mysore India in an intensive yoga teacher training, a skill that I use to advise my clients in physical issues but also for breath work. I have always had a passion to understand how we become who we are: - how much the outside world affects us, what we eat, think and who we spend time with creates our being. This is the base for my passion for learning. What I learn I integrate in my treatments. In 2014 I got stuck with an issue I struggled to heal in my dog, and I found a crystal that helped were nothing else did and it took me to do a crystal healing practitioner training, which is how I met Shirley O'Donoghue. As I was finishing the course, I found a Mexican teacher Sergio Magana who intrigued me with psychic surgery using the crystal obsidian. I ended up doing several years of training with him in both Dream work and Healing practices based on the ancient Toltec traditions from thousands of years ago. My main practice is still based on the acupuncture diagnostic tool of pulse diagnosis but I use what I feel is needed for the client from my vast toolbox of skills gathered from all I learnt over the years.
Kate Winter

Kate is a practising Holistic Therapist based in the East Surrey Area. She has been qualified in Homeopathy for over twenty years. She is also a qualified teacher, practicing and teaching Reflexology, as well as Spiritual Development & Mediumship. Her other therapies include Crystal Therapy, Reiki, Metamorphic Technique, Ear candling and Colour Therapy, also bespoke oracle card and aura readings, together with personalised channelling.
Kate is also a founder Director of Holistic Harmony she has been closely involved in its progression and development since it began in March 2009.
Brian Thorpe
Teacher and Practitioner
Brian is a Holistic Therapist and Reiki Teacher based in the East Kent Area. He originally trained as a Reflexologist in 2005 and started his Reiki journey in 2013 at Lucas College.
He is also qualified in Indian Head Massage, EFT and Crystal Therapy.
