Ear seeds are small seeds or pellets that are placed on specific points of the ear, based on the principles of auriculotherapy, which is a form of acupuncture. The practice is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and involves stimulating these points to promote healing and balance in the body. This group is open to all abilities and not just to students of Lucis College. If you are trying to decide whether to study Reiki you are also welcome to attend. Participants are encouraged to come to the group with their own insights and questions drawn from their experience with Reiki. During the session we give and receive treatments but also try different tools and techniques that can be added to your Reiki practice. The environment is fun and there is no pressure on anyone to be an “expert”.
