Description: Various crystals and minerals are placed on or around a fully clothed person to induce deep relaxation, release stress and promote energy balance within the physical and subtle bodies. The treatment takes around an hour and crystals may be used singly or in patterns. They may be used on acupuncture points, meridians, or on subtle energy vortexes called chakras

Description: Indian head massage is an ancient therapeutic treatment that has been practiced in India for thousands of years. Part of the Hindu health care practice of Ayurveda, Indian head massage focuses on your head, neck and shoulders. Deeply relaxing, it is a very popular treatment to help de-stress and relax muscle tension.

Description: Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Clients remain fully clothed throughout the treatment which is usually given on a couch. Reiki primarily balances "life force energy" (sometimes known as prana or chi in other disciplines) which flows through us as part of our subtle body energy system which encompasses meridians and chakras. Deeply relaxing, Reiki is a standard treatment now in hospices, cancer treatment centres as well as spas.

Description: Acupuncture is an ancient practice of Chinese Medicine and is performed using tiny needles which stimulate and balance energy flow throughout the meridians in the body. It can be used for a number of physical and emotional aiments but is also a realaxing and energising treatment for low energy or exhaustion.

Toltec Shamanic Healing

This is based on the very ancient Mexican Toltec tradition of energy healing to release physical, emotional but also spiritual issues. in this tradition we also heal ancestral patterns and our ancestors, to heal not only ourselves but also the ones before and after us in the family line.
