Our Online Introduction to Colour Therapy is written by Shirley O’Donoghue & Phil O’Donoghue. Shirley has been teaching Crystals and other energy based therapies such as Reiki, Colour Therapy etc for over 25 years and Phil is a qualified Lighting Engineer of longstanding.

This course has been allocated 5 points towards CPD for therapists and will cover the following subjects:

Overview & History of Colour Therapy

Colour Wheel , Primary, Secondary, Tertiary Colours etc

Colour Correspondences – both positive and negative

A general overview of Colour Therapy tools and techniques including crystals

Introduction to the Subtle Energy System - including Chakras

Colour Meditations

Introduction to Mandalas

You will be able to download a detailed guide to using crystals which you can keep and refer to. The course is suitable for anyone wishing to learn the basics of Colour Therapy for themselves. No previous experience is required although basic computer skills are needed to complete the online test. You will be able to download and store your course guide which will be available for 60 days from the date you start your course. If you do not complete the course within the 60 days allocated we will mark the course as uncompleted although you will be able to reactivate the course as long as it is within a 12 month period.
